Gladfield Rye Malt

Rye is used and it lends a biscuit like, smooth, almost oily, (typical) rye component to finished beer. Up to 30% of total grain bill (occasionally used up to 50%).

EBC: 6.0-10.0
Use in: All specialty,multi-grain ales and lagers
Amount: up to 30% (occasionally 50%)
